This website is operated by Alliance Supply Group ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Products and information

We make every effort to describe products, specifications and images accurately, but manufacturer details, packaging and case quantities can change. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to contact us under our Refund Policy. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Volume discounts shown on the site apply automatically at checkout. Quoted, bid and contract pricing applies only to the items, quantities and time period stated in the quote or contract. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and will notify you and refund any payment.

Orders, purchase orders and account terms

An order is accepted when we confirm it or ship it. Purchase orders are accepted subject to these Terms; any conflicting or additional terms in a purchase order do not apply unless we agree to them in writing. Customers approved for account terms (for example, Net 30) agree to pay invoices by the due date. We may suspend terms or require prepayment for past-due accounts.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate before tax can be removed from future orders. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their exemption status.

Shipping and risk of loss

Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when items are delivered to the shipping address. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Product use

Use all products according to the manufacturer's labels, instructions and safety data sheets. Chemical and medical products should be used only as directed and by appropriately trained personnel.

Warranties and limitation of liability

Products are covered only by any warranty provided by their manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our site and products are provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Accounts and website use

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose or interfere with its operation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
